ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

It was okay, very informal but the interviewer hadn’t made any effort to read my application before I had arrived which I didn’t think was very considerate but other than that it was just basic questions about getting to know you and why you want to work there and your availability etc

Asked about previous history, given a simple aptitude test there and then. Was told role would be 8 hour contract, but would probably be given more shifts to bring it to around 25 hours
