It was very easy going smooth but i would suggest getting your answers ready and gain knowledge of the company it will be very useful also come very smart/casual it will impr3sss the employer

The interview process was long, tedious and impersonal. You have to progress through three steps before you even get to talk to a real person and even then it is only on the phone. When I got through to the telephone interview the interviewer was uninterested and rude. It felt like the interview was over before it had even started. When I got to the end of the phone call he asked if I wanted to ask him any questions and as I started to reply he interrupted me and rudely said 'don't ask a question just for the sake of it'. Then after I had ask two questions he exasperately said 'any more questions'. I am really disappointed in Aldi, the way they portray their company ethos seems to be completely different to how they actually treat people.
