Applied online, 6 days later received an email offering me an interview through video link. Had my interview 8 days after applying. The same day I was emailed to offer me to attend an experience day at Aldi. So a total of 10 days from applying to attending my Aldi experience day.

Interview
Online assessment, once you pass can fill out your application. Then had a 5 minute phone interview which they said is usually a group assessment but was changed to a phone interview because of covid-19.

Some questions about my application: what I studied, my current job, why I want to work at aldi
They asked a scenario and what I would do. They said you're working in the warehouse in the morning and its quiet as the store as just opened. The area and store manager are having a meeting. You're unloading a set of 8 pallets and there's space for 10 pallets to be stored safely in the warehouse. As you are unpacking 6 more pallets are delivered, what do you do?

Applied online and received an invite for a group assessment within a week. If you were successful in the assessment then you progressed to a one to one interview.
