Applied for role. After initial application I got through to the assessments which were numerical and situational judgement tests and then got a video interview. Helps to research the interview questions beforehand and prepare.

Interview
1. Online Application: an online application where you’re given situations and you have to choose which answer is the best and which answer is the worst.
2. Personal Assessment: I did a WhatsApp call with the area manager which was just a basic interview
3. Store Experience: I joined the in store manager for a walk around the store where I was asked questions to gauge my expectations. I was also asked a few simple maths questions as the tills don’t tell you the change given.

Interview
Online application which was very involved but great for getting to know the role too with lots of scenarios. Then a video section about the company which needed prior research too. It was a simple process but long winded for the role.
