ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

Group interview, absolutely pointless and a waste of time, some people didn’t speak at all while others talked over each other. Not sure how this helps find suitable employees but to each their own I suppose.

Very casual and unstructured. Did not really want to know about my skills or experience. Depends on whether your face fits not whether you can do the job well. Disheartening after an extensive application form and research.
