I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALDI (Dublin, Dublin) in Sep 2018
Interview
Quick 10 minute chat about previous work, why you are suitable for the role, why do you want to work for aldi?
Almost like a game show where you spit out as much information as possible before moving on to the next round.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Loughborough, England) in Sep 2018
Interview
Group interview. The interviewer took us in late and seemed like they had already decided they were not going to choose any of us and just going through the procedure. Asked a few questions and did some group exercises ('What would you take if you were in a deserted island').
The first stage of the interview process was a group interview, where we had to introduce ourselves and then were split into several small groups where we had to discuss amongst ourselves the best items to recover in a sort of plane crash scenario. Afterwards, we individually filled out short maths questionnaires to assess our numbers skills.
Interview questions [1]
