ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

When accepted onto the interview stage, I firstly got a group interview. This was conducted by the area manager and there was 6 of us, she asked us to describe ourselves and then what we knew about Aldi. We were then tasked with a scenario in which we had to prioritise 4 (1-4) separate tasks if we were alone on the shop floor: Oil spillage at the entrance, Cat litter in aisle 2, Customer asking for information regarding a sat nav, and there is no milk on the shelves. After this I was accepted onto a 1 to 1 interview with the area manager which involved several questions, and a maths test. After this I was accepted onto a Aldi store experience, which I am yet to complete.

Group Interview. The Manager told us about Aldi and asked us a little about ourselves. We then had a scenario we had to work on in a team ranking the order of importance of certain actions. Then a short maths/comprehension test. These were almost and exact repeat of the online application questions.
