I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Newark, OH) in Jan 2024
Interview
It took a few weeks but I finally got a group interview. The store manager started off my telling us about all the negatives there are when working at ALDI. She said if we don’t think we can handle it, we could leave. Then took us back for a one on one, 5 minute interview, and told us to keep our phones close for a callback for a more in-depth interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI in Mar 2022
Interview
I did a couple over the phone baseline interviews before I was streamlined into an in person/open interview segment. The questions were per norm and the interviewers seemed very into the work they did. They loved the fact that I had my planner with me-- organized people are very welcome anywhere but especially at Aldi.
