I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Sheffield, England) in May 2017
Interview
Filled in an application form and took an online test. A few weeks later was invited to a group interview. We were first asked to speak to another interviewee and find out about them in order to introduce them to the rest of the group. The interviewer then asked us questions such as why do you want at ALDI etc before a scenario involving working together to prioritising 5 different tasks in a hypothetical scenario. Finally had to do a basic numeracy test.
