ALDI Store Associate interview questions

I applied in person at a hiring event wearing a professional business suit. I had already completed the application and brought it with me along with a copy of my resume. I received a call the following week for an interview the following day. This initial interview was with two managers who asked normal questions but it was definitely a brief, preliminary interview. They indicated they would be calling by the end of that week if they wanted to do a second interview.

It is a three step interview process that takes about a month. Unlike other employers, they only consider applicants at their hiring events and they do the hiring for numerous stores within the same area.
