ALDI Store Associate interview questions

Went to a hiring event and handed in my application while dressed nicely. The district manager asked me around 5 questions to determine eligibility for the job. A handshake and that was it. Had to wait for a call for a regular interview which took 1 week. Asked some basic questions similar to other places but was entirely conducted while doing a store "tour". Kinda awkward trying to do an interview while moving around customers. After that interview I waited another week to do one with the store manager. Same exact process, we did the store tour but he was more relaxed and easier to relate with. After that, it took 2 weeks for an offer of employment from the DM. I accepted immediately and then it took another 2 weeks to do a drug screen and backround check. After that I was called about a start date. Total time took 2 months.
