I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Baltimore, MD) in Jun 2016
Interview
The first interview was just a few questions to see if you were qualified for the job. The second interview was a group interview with 3 other people, which was kind of awkward. The interviewer talked more about the company than asking questions, and didn't ask anything complicated. Mostly just questions about how we think they keep costs low, and pay the employees more than most grocers.
