ALDI Store Associate interview questions

At the interview, there were 10 people, and I was the first. They asked questions like why I want to work at Aldi, what my responsibilities were in previous jobs, how much experience I have in retail, and if I had any questions. The interview lasted about 5-7 minutes.

Had a phone call with the hiring manager after that I got invited to meet the store manager, who explained job expectations. Relatively straightforward. They conduct a physio check online to make sure you are physically capable for the role.
