They hold multiple group interviews which are generally kept brief and done all in one day. they ask a variety of questions about physical ability and generic retail questions. job offer process is done through the AI job assistant.

Very short interview, was told it was going to be a group assessment but when I turned up it was 1-2-1. The interview was only around 10 minutes, more about my history and experience than about the job itself.
