I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Berri) in Mar 2016
Interview
The Interview process I was involved with was 'Extremely' long winded. First advertised July 2015. To finally get to the group interview Last week March 2016. The communications were not the best but not the worst I have experienced.
The Group interview was more about the position, Salary, work conditions and about the Company it self, very informative and well run.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALDI (State College, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Very short, only asked one question to get to know who I am, did not seem at all interested, did not answer one of my questions well, very awkward situation, not as formal as expected

Question 1
If your family and friends described you in three words, what would they be?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI
Interview
after going through a stupidly long process you kind of lose interest, I feel sorry for anyone who goes through the online application, 2 online tests, a video interview, a telephone interview, then a 1-1 interview with role play and not get the job. who designed this for Aldi wants to have a cat scan, because if they thought is a good idea to make it as hard as possible to get a store manager job when they desperately need staff needs sacking

Question 1
same questions as always, why you want to work with aldi, what have you done before blah blah blah
