ALDI Store Manager interview questions

Detailed, Regional manager was stone faced (good poker player I am sure) Left interviewing thinking I failed yet I was first one hired for this expansion territory. There was no getting comfortable conversation. Straight to interview process. Several predefined questions and followed by open ended questions with standard follow up.

Started with group interview with several people. After a 2nd phone interview, third interview was at corporate hheadquarters. Basic questions about experience and personality. Don't be intimidated by the big corporate building, these guys need all the help they can get.
