ALDI Store Manager interview questions

Very lengthy process. Was contacted by a recruiter through Indeed. Phone interview with recruiter. Followed by an in-person interview with a DM and a DMT (District Manager Trainee). Waited until I contacted recruiter. Had another in-person interview with a different DM and same DMT from first interview. Then an in-person interview with the Director of Operations. Last step was a walk through with a Store Manager at their store. I was left scratching my head after each interview. Found out later that is an ALDI tactic to not let on how the interview went, good or bad.
