ALDI Store Manager Trainee interview questions

Recruiter reached out to me, did two virtual interviews and one in store interview. They are looking for Store Managers to be high paid freight leads essentially. The pay offer was great and whole process took under a week. I liked all the recruiters and managers I spoke to, but it just wasn’t the offer for me.

Lengthy and awful. I was going to relocate upon receiving an offer two hours away. They insisted I drive to do each interview in person which I did because I wanted the job. I drove for 5 interviews in total, each time a 4 hr roundtrip. They kept trying to ask me if I wanted to do assistant manager which I wouldn’t have minded but I believe my years of experience and degree make me more qualified for store manager trainee. In the end, they didn’t offer me anything after 5 interviews. They told me if I wanted to be considered for assistant manager I had to apply for it. Waste of time and they knew I was traveling each time to meet with them.
