I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI
Interview
It was three long interviews, they pry into your team work, and how hard you work. They make it very clear that you will be pushed hard and work very hard. They also want to know that you can delegate very well.

Question 1
Tell us about how you ran your last team and what were the pros and cons.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ALDI in Feb 2016
Interview
It was very laid back and the over all initial interview was very comfortable. It seems like a great company. I will say you will invest a lot of your time into this job. If there isn't a store available near you for a manager, you will have to transfer. I have two young children one being a infant. Not sure if all the traveling and possible 60 plus hours a week is worth it for me. Definitely a lot to consider.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 3 year? Why does the Aldi company interest you? Do your realize how much manual physical labor you will be doing and do you think you can handle that?
Went to an ALDI hiring event. I would suggest that you have your application already filled out when you get there. You can find a PDF application on their website. They do not take resumes. There were many people struggling to fill out their application at the event. I walked in with mine already done and handed it in. Was asked a a few basic questions:
Did I look at the job description?
Did I have transportation?
What days/hours could I work?
They then said that they would call me if they were interested.
