I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI in Oct 2022
Interview
First stage is a video tape, 5-6 questions and you’ve got 60-90s to answer. Second stage was a team’s interview-1h Third stage in person at the head office- 1h Unfortunately, after 3rd final stage being told HR will reach out me with a feedback regardless of the outcome all I got was an auto generated email like you usually do at the first stage with a lot of candidates. I’m actually glad I didn’t get the job as it’s been made clear there is a big pressure on efficiency and targets. Also when asked about working hours it’s been advised 9-5 unless you need to stay longer which also isn’t mentioned in the job ad.
