ALDI Team Member interview questions

Quite an easy process. Asked you questions about why you wanted to join, skills, etc. They said they wanted someone passionate and able to cooperate in a team. Very straightforward.

Pretty easy and straightforward. First meeting is with the store manager and a second interview includes the district manager. The interview with the district manager is a little more intense than the interview with the store manager, but they are all typically situational questions.
