I've worked in a warehouse setting for 14 years total, 9 at one company and 5 at another and I don't honestly know what they're looking for; I exceed at experience in this setting, have longevity with companies, have 2 degrees, and have worked my way up. I've tried to get in 2x, once part-time and once full-time and both times had an interview. Their "interview" is an actual laughable joke. You show up early with your resume, still stand in line for a good 90 minutes sweating and dying out in the heat with no shade with 100+ other people just for a 60 second interview. First time they never called me back, second time I had a second interview 1:1 with an Ops Manager and got an email days later saying no. Especially after almost getting a heat stroke in the middle of a Florida summer for them, I'm definitely not going to apply ever again. I'm pretty sure they told me no based off how much I made at my current job, which I don't believe they are legally allowed to ask.
