The hiring manager who makes the final call is new to the company. He is young and used to work for Walmart. He has lots to learn, that's pretty clear. I'm ok that I was not offered the job. What I did not like is when I asked point blank of I got the job, he lied right to my face. My time is WORTH something and I don't appreciate being lied to. I have other offers and this one was at the top of my list. However I will give him a break since he is like I said YOUNG and needs some more experience under his belt.
