The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Darlington, North East England, England)
Interview
Feel like they wasted my time. After submitting an application online I was invited to the assessment centre which involved a presentation about aldi a group assessment and two tests, some basic maths etc. I did well at the group task and got probably 100% at the tests. Two days later I got an email saying I wasn't successful. So I'm thinking they must have not liked my CV... SO why choose it in the first place? They turned me down without even having an interview or a basic conversation with me! Very disappointed. They just wasted 2 hrs of my life.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (O'Fallon, MO) in May 2018
Interview
The interview process took 4 interviews spread out over exactly a month. I went to the open interview hiring even on May 16th, had a tour the next day then other interviews over the next few weeks. I actually started on June 18th.
