ALEX interview questions

I applied for a Product Manager role at Alex AI and was disappointed with the process. Instead of conducting any real initial screening, seems like they just sent out their AI recruiter link to every applicant. It felt less like a serious hiring effort and more like they just wanted users to try out their product, they even send me marketing email on how to prepare for interview and stuff. After completing the application and interview, I never heard back after 3 weeks — which is very disrespectful of candidates’ time.
