ALSTOM Graduate Engineering Trainee GET interview questions

The selection Process was consist of 1.online Assesment:-the test consist of aptitude,verbal ability and English 2.Group Discussion 3.Personal Interview:-It was around 15-20 minutes in which basic questions were there from subjects such as Strenth of materials,manufacturing from strength of materials they asked about stress strain , tolerances ,fatigue then about lean manufacturing industrialisation4.0 , then little bit about welding.

At first they kept aptitude exam and selected mass number of students. Later in GD round they filtered to 50 students. After that technical interview will take place. Then in HR round, too they shortlisted and selected few students.
