Interview
Getting the interview was quick. Went through an employee referral. The hiring manager was very friendly. Lots of behavioral questions. Interview lasted about 30min. They took a very long time to get back to me. HR said that hiring manager was impressed and that they had to work out some details. A few months later I was told that the business needs had changed and they had decided to close the requisition. Could have conveyed that earlier to save time.

An example of when you had to work with a difficult/challenging person?
Interview was technical and based on fundamentals. All the basic calculation methodologies for hvac calculation were asked. Focus was more on approach than for correct answers. Situation based questions were asked
You will be called by the recruiter about to schedule the interview. as soon as the HR interview completed next interview stage will be with Hiring manager and if you are successfull final stage is salary
