Three steps interview process: one with HR, second with the Team leader/manager of the team that I was supposed to join, and then during the last interview they tested my language skills. (since this was a position that required an advanced level of Spanish.) During the HR interview they asked the basic questions (why do you want to leave your current job, why do you want to work here, describe previous experiences etc.); the second interview focused more on the previous experiences in procurement and they asked specific questions related to this field; last interview was in Spanish to test my communication skills in this language.
HR only asked general questions and showed no respect. Unfortunately, HR HR was very unprofessional and spoke in an inapproaite manner. It seemed like she had already made up her mind before the interview...

un processus normal pour une embauche a l etranger. il y a un l etape visa qui peut prendre plus de temps que prevu mais un accompagnement est fait par le service juridique de la companie. c'est une embauche ok pour une entreprise en plein changement

3 interview first with HR. They are asking questions about you, your background . They explain your job description. Than with manager about job and final with director. Later than they are calling you for the offer.
