ALSTOM interview questions

A nice creative touch to the process. Very keen managers, selectively picking out suited grads from the group activity. Questions were basic and simple and afyer the group activity, the managers had already made their pick and did a one on one interview with the selected few.

I was first contacted by an external recruiter who screened me over the phone, then I was invited for an interview a few weeks later at Alstom's offices. I was greeted by an external recruiter and interviewed by the hiring manager. The interview went well and I had a good connection with the interviewer. I have followed up 3 times since the interview, for which the recruiter has not been able to provide any news other than they are still very interested in me but are busy putting together a large scale project. I am still waiting on an answer 2 months following the interview.
