One of the HR from Alstom called for this requirement by looking at my profile in Job portal. Explained over the phone about the requirement. Scheduled for a first technical interview. It took almost 90 minutes and then met with Director, he described about company and expectation from candidate. No calls for 2 weeks. Later called for one more technical interview followed by HR interview. It took almost month to get offer.
Interview was pretty simple. Asked basics of C, C++, Multithreading ,RTOS concepts, Python.

Interview
Phone conversation followed by f2f meeting. F2F was done with Procurement Director and department leader. HR was not actively present. Direct to the point discussion more oriented on the job and results.

Interview
1. Aptitude round - conducted by cocubes, had quantitative, verbal and logical questions. Quite easy. Technical aptitude- basic questions. 30 questions of tech + 10 quant + 10 verbal+10 logical.
2. GD - had general topics like demonatisation, gender equality etc.
3. Personal interview - panel interview, 1 Hr personnel and 2 technical personnel were there. Had a bit of introduce yourself and random questions about self and then it was completely technical questions. Basics of electronics and communication was asked. The fundamentals were tested.
Lastly they asked if there is any question we like to ask. Very friendly panel, not at all stressful interview.
