ALSTOM interview questions

Applied via Recruitment agency, Engineering Design Manager showed interest in my profile, because they are looking at getting involved in a different but closely related sector. They asked me to bring technical specification and sample work with P&IDs and drawings. In the interview the hiring manager and engineering manager was more interested in the company I work for rather than myself. They enquired about the company structure, how many design engineers work for the company and who commercially manage the project. I have explained everything in very detail in an interview which last for more than 2.5 hours.
