ALSTOM interview questions

The interview includes several rounds such as Human resources, Manager online before a physical meeting with Managers. You need to have a good background and experiences in hardware to get an offer here.

Worst interviewing process I ever witnessed and I start to have some experience in the field. ;) After applying, I was contacted by HR to schedule a first call. We set a date nut shortly before call gets postponed. I give my availability again, but no answer. After a follow up, I get a new date for the call. However again shortly before the call I get told position scope is getting changed but that I would be recontacted in the next days with an update. After one month and no answer to a follow up mail I write a second follow up asking for a clear answer. Finally I am informed that position was cancelled. This is not a good advertisement for a company like Alstom.
