Technical was first conducted if followed by HR round where all the discussion takes place. Interview process was smooth and interesting irrespective of your background and good discussion took place starting with informal discussion
20 minuts of HR style questions, 30 mins of engineering questions followed by back and forwards between applicant and interviewer. Overall, pretty relaxed and the technical questions were actually quite good since engineers were asking them rather than recruiters
I applied online. I interviewed at ALSTOM (London, England) in May 2023
Interview
The interview process was very engaging. I was asked lots of questions and it was very interesting. I was given quality insights into the role as well informed about how my role will fit into the company goals
