Nice technical question . short question but quality question. Reason for change. Why we should hire you. What deference you will bring to our organisation.

I had the first interview with the HR recruiter. Second interview has been performed with HR and hiring manager and then I had few calls from the HR. In general the hiring process was very clear and straight forward comparing to the other interview processes. There were not extra unreasonable steps.
