April 18 2011 Second interview - Interviewed with current manager (2D team) and manager from WHQL. Asked laptop troubleshooting problem, such as what is there is no network, what is mostly caused problems? If the resolution of changing from 1080p to 640x480, will the desktop become larger or smaller? What is 1080p? What is extension of blu-ray file? If you filed the issue to developer and developer said he/she cannot fix, how do you handle this situation? Do I have vehicle to travel to work?
