I applied online. I interviewed at AMD (Hyderabad) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy with sensible technical questions.
What went wrong?:
During the initial talks with HR I have clearly asked about the Salary budget they have, wherein, It wasn't a concern at all for them, and the HR lady never bothered to ask my existing scale.
I Completed of all the rounds, including a visit to their office, and a discussion of roles and responsibilities with the to-be reporting manager(which went positive).
After sending my current salary slip, there was no response from the HR team, and after I probed them, the HR stated on budget constraint.
I see this as total ignorance towards a candidate's valuable time. It is disappointing to see such deliberate misses from the HR team AMD Hyderabad.
