Interview
That is a school co-op position at markham, ON and posted on the school career portal. I applied the job on the school career portal . I waited 3 days to get the interview and have the 1:1 interview in school office. This position hires 3 people and set 12 people for interview.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AMD (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2015
Interview
Casual but organized and straightforward. I was asked about my C++ proficiency as well as my experience with graphics programming, debugging and software profiling tools, optimization techniques, multi-threading, CUDA/OpenCL, and a little bit about machine architecture. It was much more challenging than any previous interview I've had before. Very pleasant experience.
