ASDA Checkout Operator interview questions

It was my first job interview so initially I was really nervous! It was so laid back but professional and we were all grouped together to show group engagement and also had to create an animal from an arts and crafts set to represent ourselves then in teams join together to create a story about them Afterwards we went for one on one interviews with one of the managers where they asked the basic questions like why ASDA and previous experience or life experience etc.

Applied online, was then given a few questionnaires. Accpeted then given a date for a magic session. We had to do icebreakers and build a tower out of balloons and then try to sell it to test our leadership skills, structural skills and sales skills. After those few tasks we were the Contacted a few days later with contracts or to be told we were not successful.
