ASDA Chilled Colleague interview questions

Group interview in a room with eight people maximum. The interview basically took the form of reading through company regulations and having ice breaker activities. If you're invited to an interview you have the job.

Standard group session, which involved a self-introduction phase, an exercise where you had to go around to ask other people the answers to a questionnaire (the point of which was to see how you interact with others, so dont fret if you dont get all the answers) and a group exercise where you had to build a tower out of marshmellows and spaghetti. After that I was called in for a one-on-one interview where they asked various standard interview questions.
