ASDA Customer Assistant interview questions

Applied online and got sent a job simulation test. Completed the test and then got a call to come in for an interview. Went in for the interview and it was general questions about what makes good customer service.

Group interview, very straight forward sat in a room and answered questions and did some team activities, to see how we would perform in a group. Once successful went in for an induction where we watched videos and signed papers etc.
