ASDA Customer Assistant interview questions

Applied and waited a couple of weeks before I received an invite to a Group interview. Observed throughout- had to complete a series of tasks. All focused on team work. I was then brought back for individual interview with line manager.

The interview consists of a group activity looking at leadership qualities and one to one interview. The process did not require additional background knowledge of the workings shop floor activities but were beneficial to the one to one interview.
