ASDA Customer Service interview questions

Group interview. Wasn’t very hard. Asked us all to introduce ourselves and then we did some questions in a small group, went onto the shop floor and helped someone to stack shelves

Easyp process, asked a few questions relating to customer service and about availability, education and future plans for career. I attended a 1-1 interview last year with a manager of an in store department. Heard back a few days later with a job offer
