ASDA Grocery Colleague interview questions

I applied online filled out an assessment which told you whether you was successful or not. I was then invited to an group assessment day which had a variety of activities. 1. You was split into pairs and had to listen to your partner and relay information about him. 2. Build a kingfisher from lego as a team. Only one person could look for only 3 seconds and then relay this information back. 3. You had a 1 to 1 interview. This lasted around 3 hours. After then you was called back in on a different day for another interview with 2 people. In my case it was a deputy store manager and a section leader.
