Interview
Group interview followed by a 1-1. We also went around the store shadowing a home shopper, and then trialling the job for a short amount of time to see if it would be suitable.

Interview
Interview was relatively simple, I applied online and waited quite a while for any responce.
I received a phone call to say I had been shortlisted for an interview, upon arrival there was a group of around 12 and we had to wait and sign in at the front of the store.
We were then escorted upstairs and told to go in to the meeting room.
As group interviews go this one was relatively decent due to the interviewees being very friendly.
We had to engage in activities such as introducing yourself and a partner and telling the group interesting facts about yourself.
We were then taken down to the shop floor and rotated on different departments, it seemed basically like free work for them as we tidied the shop floor.
After the interview, I waited around a week until I had a phone call telling me I had been successful and would be coming in for an induction the following week.

Interview
Went in for a magic day. It's a day filled with group activities, they'll be looking at how well you interact with other colleagues (including those interviewing with you) and customers, alongside giving you a taste for the job where they review how well you do at the job.
Make sure to bring passport. They will invite you in for a role that is no longer available so try to be flexible about the role you can get. Be honest with your availability and they'll do their best to work around it.
