ASDA Home Shopping Delivery Driver interview questions

Brief introduction from members of staff about their roles and time with the company. Then a task where you found out about the person next to you and then fed back to the group. Next we we given a group task of building a theme park ride from blocks. We were then asked to present our idea back to the group.

Process begins by completing an online application followed by online assessement. Once completing this there is a wait of about 3/5 days for a call back inviting you to attend a group interview. (This is when you know you have been successful at the online stage). At the group interview you are asked to tell a bit about the person beside you, complete a task to see if you work well within in a team. A risk assessment is carried out for driving where you complete a series of multiple choice questions and hazard perception task a dvla check is also carried out too. After this I was invited to 1 to 1 interview where your asked to give examples of solving a problem, working within targets etc. I was sucessful and was called back on the next working day where I have been advised that my manager to be will be in touch to discuss shifts hrs and about asda best welcome.
