      Interview

      I had an initial screening call with HR to confirm my availability and motivation. Then I attended a structured interview with the hiring team, including both behavioral and scenario-based questions. They asked about communication, prioritization, safety awareness, and how I handle pressure. The process was professional and straightforward, and I had time to ask questions at the end.
