I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ASDA (Belfast, Nordirland) in Oct 2016
Interview
Very laid back, quite enjoyable once you get over the nerves! A few group activities and then a 1 to 1 one interview with another person taking notes. No horrible questions like ''what do you think you would bring to ASDA?' just straightforward easy to answer questions to give them an idea if your right for the job and are available for when you specified.
A very complex interview process that entailed a section of online assessments, a group interview, and a final individual interview with the section manager, where a floor trial was also undertaken.
Friendly and relaxed, asked a few questions and had two interviews for the role. First was a group interview and second was with 2 managers. Was a very simple interview both times, not intimidating and very relaxed.
