I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ASDA (Dudley, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
Get invited to understand what Asda is really like. You sign some documents, write in a few boxes about yourself. Then work on the shop floor for around an hour (to get that real feeling). No interview, done in a group and no assessment. Very easy and impossible to fail.
Very friendly and kept the conversation following. More about personality than work experience which was refreshing
Asked about my personal interests also on top of work experience which was refreshing
It usually begins with an initial screening call with a recruiter, where basic information such as experience, skills, and career goals are discussed. This is followed by one or more formal interviews with hiring managers or team members, focusing on relevant experience, problem-solving ability, and how the candidate approaches real work scenarios.s this website making me do a review
The interview was carried out by the store manager and I was made to feel confident. Unfortunately I did not get the job as there were a lot of candidates.
