Group assessment, different activities to show your personality and qualities. No formal interview, relaxed atmosphere. Alot of information given about the store and the business. A chance to have a go and speak to other colleagues.

Interview
Group interview, filled out forms then tour around shop floor and a small trial at the job. Next day was induction where u filled forms and then was shown the warehouse and how to use equipment.

The interview process was different to most. They had different stages which mostly consisted of group activities however the team members are friendly and even when they can see you are nervous, would be patient.
