had to complete application, wait for phone call, then group interview and then if successful interview by yourself. Seemed very long and lengthy for what the job was. They took ages to respond and had awful communication. I had to ring up myself and find out if I had the job.
Fairly straightforward, just asked about me and then work experience I had done, a few tell me a time questions then they took me round the shop for an activity

Interview
Very short was only asked about myself no real interview style questions however i did not end up getting the job they let me know via email wish i got a better chance as the interview lasted less than 10 minutes
It was an easy interview process for me, they explained everything very very clearly and lots of lots of help was given to arrange the times and dates of the calls and interview.
